How to add a new rating plan to personnel for job execution

To add a new rating plan to personnel for job execution, go to the Personnel module and click the Evaluations tab inside a personnel's page.  

The evaluation table consists of clickable fields. Find the box/cell for the month/year that you want to evaluate. The box/cell can be empty or contain data. You can add a new rating plan only 1 month ahead. Click inside the box/cell and a Fill Employee Rating Plan modal window will pop up. 

Fill out the fields about the employee rating plan: 

• Raters – Raters are personnel that have been assigned to give an evaluation rating on a personnel's job execution at work. The personnel must have a payroll active in Vault Synapse for the given month. From this modal window you can only select one rater. The rater can later see the person they're evaluating on their own global dashboard. 

Review the information and click Save. You will then be taken back to the evaluations grid.

Note! The option of adding a rating plan to staff in the Personnel module is valid mainly for the administrator of Vault Synapse.
