How to customize and configure the settings of an office


The settings of an office allow you to customize the processes and information related to that office. Choose from Assets, Checklists, Contacts, Boards, Documents, Office, Transactions, Time Off and Time Tracking modules for your additional settings. You can only see the modules which you have a license for and which were set up under the Offices module level.

To configure the settings of an office, go to the Offices module and open that office's page. In the navigation header click and then click Settings

Click Modules on the left-hand side of the Settings window. A window displaying the available modules will open. Click the toggle to activate each module individually. You can only turn on modules which were set up under the Offices level as On (Activated Individually). Click the link to find out how to customize and configure the settings of the Offices module

Clicking on the configuration icon will take you to the Settings of the Offices module.
