How to grant users and teams access to a specific checklist

To grant access to users, click Access Control in the top left corner of the Settings window.

You can add a relative role to:  

A new user  

To add a new relative role to a new user, click Grant Access in the top right corner.

A Grant Access modal window will pop up. Select the users and relative roles from the drop-down menu. Note that if you grant access to several users at once, the roles you select also will apply to all of them. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Users can be defined in the Users module.

Click Grant Access for the configuration to apply. 

An existing user

To add a new relative role to an existing user, click the Users tab.

Select a user and tap the … at the end of the row, then click add role.

A Grant Access modal window will pop up. Select one or more relative roles from the drop-down menu. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Users can be defined in the Users module.

Click Grant Access for the configuration to apply. 

An existing team  

To add a new relative role to an existing team, click the Teams tab.

Click … at the end of the row of the selected team and select add role. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Teams can be defined in the Teams module.

A Grant Access modal window will pop up. Select a new relative role from the drop-down menu. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration.

Click Grant Access for the configuration to apply.

Note! The clock symbol in the role tab represents the time needed for implementation. After the page refreshes and roles are aligned, the clock will disappear.

New team 

To add a new relative role to a new team, click the Teams tab and Grant Access in the top right corner.

A Grant Access modal window will pop up. Select one or more teams from the dropdown list and choose one or more relative roles to apply. Roles can be defined in the Organization Configuration. Users can be defined in the Users module.

When you are finished, click Grant Access.
