How to change the assignee of a checklist run

To change the assignee of a checklist run, go to the Checklists module and click on the checklist you would like to change an assignee of.

Click on the Runs tab to view all runs added to the checklist.  

Select the Checklist Run and click ... at the end of the row to view the action menu. Click on edit.  


Another way of access edit function is to click on selected run on the Checklist Details page and click on its Title to open it. You will be navigated to the Run Tasks tab. Click the ...in the navigation band and click edit

A modal Edit Run window pops up. You can change the Checklist Run assignee in the Assignee field. Select the Assignee from the dropdown menu. You can leave a comment if applicable. Click SaveClick Close to abort the action and to return to Run Tasks screen.


How to change assignee in Run Tasks  

Open a checklist run of your choice. You can do this in two ways: open Checklists module, click the Runs tab in the navigation header, and click on the Title of the run you want to edit. Alternatively, select the run you want to edit on the checklist Details page and click on its Title to open it. You will be navigated to the Run Tasks tab. You can also open a run from the entity or from the main dashboard if you have at least one case in a run assigned to you. Read to find out how to edit a checklist run in the Projects module or how to edit a checklist run in the Personnel module.


Click on the Title box to select all tasks if you want to re-assign all. For select tasks, tick respective boxes individually. Next, click Assign in the run's title line.  

Select the Assignee from the dropdown menu. You can leave a comment if applicable. Click Save. Click Close to abort the action and to return to Run Tasks screen.
