Companies
The Companies module provides an overview of all companies linked to your organization, allowing you to view, configure, and manage approver setups.
The Companies window displays file types in four columns:
- Name – File type name.
- Entity Type – The entity or module the file type belongs to.
- File Types – File format (e.g., PDF, JPG).
- Max Size – Maximum allowed file size (in MB).
The action icon in each row lets you edit file types or restore defaults. Below the file types list, you can add, edit, or delete approval setups for companies.
You can activate or deactivate the module by toggling the switch in the top right corner of the screen.
How to edit file types in the Companies module
Select the desired file type, click the action icon, and choose Edit. Update the details in the modal window and click Save.
How to restore file types to defaults in the Companies module
Select the file type, click the action icon, and choose Restore Defaults. In the confirmation modal, click Save to revert to the default configuration.
How to add a new approval setup
Click Add New on the right side of the screen. In the modal window:
- Entity Type (required) – Defaults to Companies; change if needed.
- Goal Approver Points (required) – Enter the value or use the counter.
- Approval For – Select the entity for which the approval applies.
Click Save when done.
How to add a new approval setup group
Click the action icon next to a company name and select Add New. In the modal window:
- User (required) – Choose a user from the dropdown.
- Approval Limit – Define the user’s approval limit (currency set by admin).
- Self-Approval Limit – Enter the user’s self-approval limit.
- Budget Limit – Define the budget approval limit.
- Points for Approver (required) – Assign a point value between 1 and 3.
Click Save to confirm.
How to edit or delete approval setups
Use the action icon next to a company to select Edit or Delete. For deletion, confirm in the warning prompt.

Select the user, click the action icon, and choose Edit or Delete. For deletion, confirm in the warning prompt.
