How to deactivate a checklist
Note! A checklist can be deleted from the system. However, you can also choose to deactivate it. A checklist that has been deactivated can still be viewed using filters and be reactivated. On the other hand, deleted checklists cannot be reactivated.
To deactivate a checklist, go to the Checklists module and click to open the checklist you want to deactivate.
Click on the Edit option.
Another way of editing a checklist is to tap the ...icon in the checklist header and to click Edit Checklist.
This will take you to the Details tab of the checklist.
Untick the Is Active checkbox.
Review and click Save to deactivate the checklist.
