How to add bulk results in a checklist run


To add bulk results in a checklist run, go to the Checklists module and click on the checklist you would like to add bulk results to.

Click on the Runs tab to view all runs added to the checklist.  

Open a checklist run of your choice. You can do this in two ways: open Checklists module, click the Runs tab in the navigation header, and click on the Title of the run. Alternatively, select the run on the checklist details page and click on its Title to open it. You will be navigated to the Run Tasks tab.

On the Run Tasks screen, click on the Title box to select all tasks or check multiple tasks. Click Add Result in the run’s Title line.

Select the applicable result. Note that adding bulk results is recommended for tasks where time for completion is not mandatory, as all values will apply to all selected tasks. Leave a comment if desired and click Save. 

Click Close to abort the action and to return to Run Tasks screen. 

Note! Results in a checklist run can be changed. The process is the same as adding results.
