How to create new personnel


Use Vault Synapse to store all the information regarding your employees securely in one place. It’s easy to access from anywhere at any time. 

Handle all your employees’ confidential data easily, keep information and documents regarding your employees in one place, and minimize the administrative effort. Have an overview of the job position, department, termination reason, date hired, assets, and much more. 

To create new personnel, go to the Personnel module and click Add New in the top right corner of the screen.

A New Personnel modal window pops up. Fill out the fields regarding its basic info. Click the link to find out what is personnel basic info

Review the information and click Save.

Note! A new personnel can become a new user or can be linked to an existing user. If you want to learn more about users click on the Users module. 

Note! Users can view the personnel information only with the relevant permissions/access rights given by the administrator. 

Note! Vault Synapse is a highly customizable tool meaning certain parts and functionalities of the application can be additionally built-in or customized based on your business needs and preferences.
