Audience


A Consent Audience in Vault Synapse defines the group of employees or users who are required to review, acknowledge, or sign a specific consent. By managing the audience, you ensure that the right people are included in compliance processes and that tracking remains accurate across companies, offices, and positions. 


Where to view an audience

Open the Consents module and select the title of the item you want to review. The Consent Details page will open. From the navigation header, click the Audience tab.

The audience information is displayed in five columns: Name, Company, Office, Position, and Status. Filters allow you to refine the view by Company, Office, or Position.

To see more detailed information about a person, company, or office, click on the desired entry.


How to delete an audience

Open the Consents module and select the title of the item you want to update. On the Consent Details page, go to the Audience tab. Tick the box next to the audience member you want to remove, then click the … (More) icon in the top-right corner and select Delete Audience.

If you want to remove the entire audience at once, tick the box next to the Name column to select all entries. Confirm the action by clicking Delete
