Time off bank


This section allows the user to add spare time off because of yearly rollover, DOILs, etc. The added time off appears in the time off usage.   

How to add a new time off bank item 

To add a new time off bank item, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's page.  


Click Add New on the right-hand side of the screen.   


An Add New Time Off Bank Item modal window will pop up. 


Fill out the fields about the new time off bank item:  

  • Type – Select a type of time off from the dropdown menu.
  • Date Requested – The date of the added time off.
  • Allowance (Hours) – The time (hrs) allocated for this holiday.   
  • Comment – Add a comment explaining the type of holiday or any other important information regarding the holiday. 

Review the information and click Save.

How to edit a time off bank item 

To edit a time off bank item, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's page. 


Find the time off bank item that you want to edit and click the edit button at the end of that item row. 


An Edit Time Off Bank Item modal window will pop up. 


Update the relevant information and click Save

How to delete a time off bank item 

To delete a time off bank item, go to the Personnel module and click the Time Off tab inside a personnel's. 


Find the time off bank item that you want to delete and click the delete button at the end of the item row. 


To minimize the risk of accidental deletion, you must confirm your intention to delete the time off bank item. Click OK and the time off bank item will be deleted.
