How to deactivate a candidate
To deactivate a candidate, hover over the Personnel icon in the main sidebar to display the list of available modules. Select the Candidates module.
From the candidate list, choose the profile you want to deactivate and click to open the details page. In the header, click the More button (⋯) to reveal a dropdown menu of actions. Select Deactivate from the list.
A confirmation dialog will appear. Click OK to confirm. The candidate will then be deactivated and hidden from the active system view.
