How to view information about a personnel's tokens

To view information about a personnel's tokens, go to the Personnel module and click the Evaluations tab inside a personnel's page.  

Token fields represent a summary of all the tokens the personnel received from other members during a month. They are automatically added after someone has sent tokens to the personnel through the Global dashboard. Tokens cannot be changed or added in the Evaluations tab.  

Token names can be set up in the Organization Configuration by an administrator. 

To be able to give tokens, every user must have the Tokens widget added on the global dashboard. Click the link to find out more about the global dashboard. 

The number of tokens that a user is available to give out depends on a number of conditions – an active agreement and payroll for the given month must be entered in the system, the user must not be in a trial period, and the number of years they've worked for the company will influence the number of tokens.
