How to revoke personnel's access to roles


To revoke personnel’s access to roles, go to the Personnel module and click the Roles tab inside a personnel's page.


Check the box next to the role/roles you want to revoke access to. This will mark the roles in a specific group. Then click Revoke Selected Role(s). To revoke all roles, check the box next to Role and click Revoke Access.  


To minimize the risk of accidental revocation, you must confirm your intention to revoke the role(s). Click OK and the roles(s) will be revoked. 


You can revoke relative and non-relative roles from this screen, but you only can add non-relative ones. Relative roles allow access to one part of an entity, for example one specific checklist. Non-relative roles allow access to the whole entity, for example all checklists. In the picture below you can see the relative roles in the first two rows. The non-relative roles are listed below the relative ones under individual companies. 


Note! Access granted via Teams can only be revoked via Teams.
