Where to view team members’ time tracking

The Time Entries Calendar provides a clear overview of all completed time entries recorded by allocated team members. You can switch between Month, Week, or Day views depending on your preference.

The Period Filter in the top-left corner allows you to review past time entries.

  • If your view is set to Month, clicking the left arrow displays entries from the previous month.
  • If your view is set to Week, the left arrow shows entries from the previous week, and so on.
  • Clicking the arrow next to Today opens a date picker, allowing you to select any date from the calendar for your search.
  • The right arrow moves the view forward from your last selected period.

Enabling Show Special Days displays national holidays in the calendar. These special days are configured by the administrator in the organization’s settings. 


Accessing time tracking

To view the time entries of a team, go to the Teams module and select the team whose time entries you want to review. 

Once the team is open, click the Time Tracking tab. You will see Time Entries displayed in the navigation bar. 

Note: To view time entries, ensure that Time Tracking has been enabled in the team’s settings. 


Filtering and viewing entries

You can use filters to display time entries by team members or adjust preferences such as showing special days or holidays.

Hover your mouse over any time entry to view a quick summary of its details.

Clicking on a time entry will open a modal window where you can view complete details, as well as edit or delete the entry if needed.
