How to record an estimate


To record an estimate, go to the Departments module and click the Transactions tab in a department’s page.  

Click in the top right corner.

A dropdown menu will pop up.

A Record Estimate modal window will appear.

Fill out the fields about the estimate: 

  • Attachment – Attach relevant files to support your transaction estimate such as receipts, calculations, quotes, proforma invoices, etc.
  • Type – Select one of the estimate types. Transaction types and icons can be defined in the Organization Configuration by an administrator.
  • As of Date – Indicates the date of the transaction.
  • Amount – Choose a currency and add the amount to your transaction estimate.
  • Description – Add a detailed description if applicable.

Click Save. The estimate you have just created will now appear in the transactions list.
